for groups consisting of immediate family only.

Social distancing / No touch
We will maintain social distancing and will use no-touch posing methods whenever possible. Until further notice is received from the
CDC and other health officials, the maximum gathering for a photographic shoot of 10 or fewer persons will be observed.
By appointment only
We will maintain strict appointment-only times, which will allow sufficient time to sanitize photographic equipment and common areas after each clients session. Only one client (and family) will be allowed in the studio at any given time. If the session is held offsite, only one client (and family) will be staged in the immediate area.
Rescheduling and refunds
If we have to reschedule your session due to a “yes” to any screening questions we will look at rescheduling as soon as safely possible without penalty. If you have to reschedule your portrait session due to another shutdown from Covid-19 your deposits will be transferred to the soonest available date. As you know, we received a non-refundable deposit upon booking your shoot. If your shoot is canceled or rescheduled, whether as a result of government recommendation, third party choice (venue, etc), or personal choice, we cannot refund this deposit. That said,
you will not be expected to pay the remaining balance owing for your shoot. The deposit can go toward rescheduling your date if this is the case, or it can be used toward another photo session. We think it’s important for all of us to know where we stand so there are no misunderstandings.

we will not be held liable. If a we come down with flu-like or Covid-19 like symptoms prior to your shoot we will reach out to you immediately
